Cancellation/restocking fee


All orders canceled prior to delivery will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total order amount (please note that this fee is due to this website's payment processor). Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order on a regular business day.


If an order has already been shipped, any cancellation will be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee equal to 25% of the order total.


You are responsible for all purchases and pre-orders.


For all special orders, including custom-made products, we do not offer cancellation for a full refund. If you need to cancel your order, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.


All products must be unopened.

We offer a 15-day return policy for purchases made exclusively through our online store www.thesaram.com. This means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.


To be eligible for return, merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received, not removed, unused and in original packaging. For all returns, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from our returns department. Contact us by phone or email and we will help you return your order.


We do not accept returns/exchanges if your product has been used or shows signs of installation.


For non-defective returns/exchanges, all shipping and handling charges and all taxes/duties/VAT duties are non-refundable.


Thesaram sale items are non-returnable.

Please contact us within business hours within 15 days of placing your order. When calling or e-mailing, please have your online order number, proof of purchase, vehicle year/make/model and reason for return ready.


Returns are accepted if delivery is incorrect or the product has a manufacturing defect. (Refer to warranty terms for manufacturing defects).


For all non-defective returns, the buyer will charge a 25% restocking fee based on the price value of the item purchased.


For all non-defective returns, all shipping and handling charges and customs fees for taxes/duties/VAT are non-refundable.


All returned items must be returned in the original packaging and box in which it was received. Add more packaging if necessary to ensure safety and reduce the risk of damage during transit.


All returns are inspected for signs of shipping damage. If returned merchandise is received in damaged condition, a higher restocking fee will be assessed depending on the condition of the damage.


If the returned product has been used, installed or shows signs of installation, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. If you wish to keep your product, you are responsible for all shipping costs for us to return the product to you.


All returns and exchanges require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #). Please contact us during business hours to obtain return instructions and an RMA number.


Your RMA number is only valid for 15 days. We do not accept returns or exchanges shipped more than 15 days from the date the RMA number was received.


All refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your return. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your refund. Some banks or card institutions may take up to 5-12 business days for refunds.


To reduce the 25% restocking fee, you may receive a store credit instead of a refund. For more information, please contact your thesaram representative.
